How does the payment work?

Payment is made to the driver once the service is completed. You can pay either with cash or credit card.

What passenger capacity do the vehicles have?

The capacity of each vehicle depends on which vehicle you hire. In taxis corresponding to E- or S-class, the maximum capacity is 4 persons. We have microbuses of different sizes: In one of them the capacity reaches between 4 to 8 persons, while the other one can fit up to 20 persons. Quick reminder: Each vehicle has different fares.

For how long can I hire a personal driver?

You can hire a personal driver during the duration you esteem as necessary. It can be something punctual, or something regular like bringing you to work every day. You just have to contact us, telling us for how long you’ll need the driver. We will show you our availability and propose a rate.

What happens if I order a driver but am late?

If you still need the transfer, our driver will wait for you, counting the extra time as part of the service.
